Default Incoming call problems with Asterisk and Broadvoice

I finally have my outgoing calls working with Broadvoice but cannot get any incoming calls.

I get a recording saying "the party you are trying to reach is busy"

Here are my incoming settings from the sip trunk page in the AMp interface.

User Context: sip.broadvoice.com
context=from-pstn
dtmf=rfc2833
dtmfmode=rfc2833
fromdomain=sip.broadvoice.com
host=sip.broadvoice.com
insecure=very
nat=yes
secret=********
type=user
user=5175440797
username=5175440797

Any help would be appreciated. I have searched the forums and can't come up with the right solution. Could it be my extensions?

Default Edit extensions.conf ?

In order to receive incoming calls to AAH, there is a conf file that needs to be edited.

In case you have not done this, check the following setup guide (search for 'extensions.conf'):

Default Check Firewall if Applicable

I had a problem with outbound working and inbound not working.

It ended up being a newbie issue.
Make sure you have the following ports open to your device (if you have a firewall): In my case it was LinkSys WRT54G v3 that was locked up.
69 - UDP
5060-5063 UDP
10,000 - 20,000 UDP

Let us know if/when you fix it.

Spike
