 How to get generic settings? Broadvoice wont respond. Got my confirmation email, but signed up with the link that came with the VOXILLA discount code. There was no generic settings option. Emailed, left phone messages since Friday afternoon... They advertise 24/7 tech support and the webpage notes: "We also offer a Generic SIP device option for advanced users, in which we will provide your settings upon request to get you up and running in minutes!" Huh? Is there another way to get these settings?  ops:    |

| You won't get the generic settings option with the coupon, that's expected. Keep trying to reach them via phone. When you reach a human, you can ask for your settings and they will send them.

| Yup, got a call back monday! Fantastically patient, good natured fellow got me what I requested. Unfortunately it took 6 hours to set up since the MAC address of my SPA3k was already provisioned with them from an earlier attempt. Once he figured that out... all is working swell! Much thanks PhoneBoy! |
