I have to switch every 2 weeks with BV.
I'm thinking about switching to axvoice altogether, its getting to that point. I'm getting tired of getting my outbound audio cut off in the middle of a conversation.

Alex,

Is this happening only when receiving a call from a FWD user?

Default PSTN to FWD access numbers

I created the Complete List of FWD access numbers that is linked to from this thread on the FWD site. I am looking for all gateway numbers that allow dialing into FWD

If you know of any, please send them to me directly via email as well as the provider information if available. I do not have time to checlk all the threads so if you post them, please email them as well, as I am updating the list.

Thanks,

Mark

cyberian, make sure you do NOT put the country code in front of the areacode. I don't think BV->FWD is working yet.

Default Re: FWD to Broadvoice Calls?

I am considering the Broadvoice service, and was wondering if FWD <--> BV peering is still active. I sent an email to their support team, asking about it, and here's what they say..

3. We don't peer with Free World Dialup.

In the light of this, can you tell me if this peering is still
active?

Lots going back and forth on this, so I have to admit I have not read it all, but this is what I know. FWD and BroadVoice do peer. Here is some quick information on it:

To call BV -> FWD
011 0 393 <fwd #>

To call FWD -> BV (do not include country code 1 in your BV number)
**282 <bv #>

I just tried both of these, and both worked for me. If other people are having problems, they should be sent to BV support.

I seem to have a similar problem using FWD with a SPA9000. I can call regular FWD numbers but whenever I enter a *, like to call **282 etc or toll free numbers, it times out.

The SPA9000 dial plan is:

([6-9],[0-9]xxxxxx|[6-9],<:1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|[6-9],1[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|[6-9],011xx.|[6-9],xx.|[6-9],*xx.|[6-9],**xx.)

the FWD, which is line 2 or the '8' prefix on the SPA9000, dial plan is:

(<8:>xx.|<8:>*1xxxxxxxxxx|**xxxx.T|x.T|x.#)

Any ideas?
