Default Down Again!

Anybody else not able to get incoming calls? Just wondering if it is system wide or just me.

I don't know when it started but right now 4:15PM ET all incoming calls on my BV number are going directly to voicemail?

I called support but I don't really expect a call back, as they never have called me back the other 3 or 4 times I have called them and left a message. I have never, ever talked to a person there.

Very sad because the price is right ,
Steve

I've had the service close to three weeks...never a problem with service or outages and got a quick email reply when I emailed for my access password.
