Does it cost to change primary number?

Default Does it cost to change primary number?
So they say they'll switch me for free to a preferred area code when they add it, but how about for other changes? Does that setup 9.95 fee apply each time?

yes, they apply the 9.95 fee in this case. I had to yell to get it refunded (they did) because I had signed up with a number outside my local area, and then they added my town, which of course I switched to.
