Default When I dial out, no one hears me. When people call me, it works fine.

Can someone suggest how I can troubleshoot this problem?

When I dial out, no one hears me, but I hear them fine. When people call me, it works fine. I checked my firewall and it is completely open from the WAN to the IP phone: Snom 190.

It could be a number of things. The first I thing I usually do when I have a problem is try other proxy servers. You can access this information in your phone adapter's administration panel. For Sipura/Linksys adapters, the proxy settings are under the Voice and Line 1 tabs. For example, my Outbound Proxy server is set to proxy-bos.broadvoice.com, as the Boston proxy has been working quite well for me this past year. Other proxies you can try are:

proxy-nyc.broadvoice.com
proxy-dca.broadvoice.com
proxy-atl.broadvoice.com
proxy-mia.broadvoice.com
proxy-chi.broadvoice.com
proxy-lax.broadvoice.com

Hi Steve,

I am from snom and advise that you review our support and wiki at the following link:
http://www.snom.com/contact_form_support0.html

There could be a number of reasons for one way audio issues from configuration issues to needing a trace to figure out the cause.
They may be able to help you there.
Mike
