Default D-Link DVG-1402S and Broadvoice - Please help me configure!...

I am trying to set up quite a few D-Link DVG-1402S routers with Broadvoice. I see some people are able to get it working but I have not seen info on the config.

Here's my admin panel on the D-Link.
I have linked screen shots so you can see them as well.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO SET SO I CAN CONFIGURE THIS ASAP. THANKS!

Again.... Please any help on configuring this is appreciated. I tried changing all the ports to 5060. I played with the server (sip.broadvoice.com, proxy-atl.broadvoice.com, proxy.atl.broadvoice.com). I also played with items that were disabled and tried to enable them. I also tried to register the device on the User page....either I would get "Error Code" or "Communicating with Server" and it would hang.
