| Has anybody ever gotten a SPA3102-NA (bought from here) to successfully work with Broadvoice? I've spent countless hours over the past 3 weeks trying to get my 3102 to work by following their directions for the Spiura 3000 (which, allegedly, is compatible with the 3102), without even the slightest hint of success. The fact that just about every thread on this site regarding the topic of getting a SPA-3102 to work with Broadvoice has gone unanswered and gotten closed doesn't exactly fill me with confidence, either Let's start with the basics: * Position: between the cable modem and WRT54G, or plugged into one of the WRT54g's LAN ports? I've tried both, with success in neither. * NAT, Bridge, or Auto? * ports: I'm forwarding 69, 5060-5063, and 10000-20000 from the WRT54g to the 3102 (all UDP) * MAC address to register with Broadvoice: the 3102's, or the cable modem's? Right now, my 3102's MAC address is registered with Broadvoice. If I should be using the Cable modem's, does that automatically imply I should have the 3102 configured as 'bridge' and located between the cable modem and wrt54g? Thanks! | Have you used the configuration tool that Voxilla has. I just looked and Broadvoice is a listed provider three times. That is the first place to start. Are you using stun or outbound proxy ? I have my spa behind the same router, with a static "non DHCP" privet IP. I do not use any port forwarding on my router, other then web interface to :8383 .. On the router I use QoS for the MAC of the SPA. Other then the gateways of PSTN -> VoIP and VoIP -> PSTN not working the basic set up works great. |
