CAN`T OPEN ANOTHER ACOUNT WITH BROADVOICE

HI I HAVE AN ACOUNT WITH BROADVOICE BUT I ONE ANOTHER AND IN THE WEB PAGE TELLS ME THAT CAN`T REAACH MY CREDIT CARD OR ADRESS BILLING PROBLEM SO I CALL SUPPORT AND THEY TELLS THAT I NEED AN AMERICAN CREDIT CARD TO OPEN AN ACOUNT THE CUESTION IS THAT I ALREADY OPEN AN ACOUNT WITH THEM WITH MY INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD SO WHAT CAN I DO I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME

The key here is to call until you get the right answer. Call them back but frame the question like this:

"I have an existing account with you and I want to add a second account to the same credit card." Then if they say you have to have a USA credit card say, "I'm already a customer using an international credit card. I want to add another account the card you are already billing."

Keep pushing back on BV to tell you why they took your international credit card before but suddenly they can't bill that same card again.

mexico, coatzacoalcos, veracruz and i have here more people that want to become costumer of this service becaus they don`t know of voip exist

Yo personalmente tengo mas de una cuenta con Broadvoice, pero con tarjeta de Estados Unidos.

La verdad que para empresas de venta masiva (como Broadvoice) es muy dificil asumir el riesgo de aceptar tarjetas de credito de otros paises, pues incluso meses despues de la transaccion, el dinero puede ser sacado de su cuenta bancaria por fraude.
Yo personalmente tengo mi propio negocio de ventas a Latino America, pero cada vez que vendo mis productos a alguien que pague con tarjeta de credito de un pais Latino Americano lo hago asumiendo un riesgo mucho mayor que con una tarjeta de Estados Unidos.

Espero que comprendas la logica detras de la politica de Broadvoice.

I personally have more than one Broadvoice account with my credit card, but I live in Miami, so it is easier for Broadvoice to make sure my purchases are legit.

I have my own business selling into Latin America, and everytime I sell to somebody paying by credit card, I personally assume the risk for the transaction. Not everybody is willing, and able to do that!

I hope you understand the reasoning behind Broadvoice policy!
