| I've been a customer of Broadvoice for about two years and have a SPA 2000. I've maintained my POTS line, and will continue to do so, and I have a few questions: 1) I want to be able to answer/receive calls from both phone lines (POTS & VOIP) from one cordless phone. What do I need to do? Do I need to buy a 2 line phone? Do I need to buy an SPA 3000 or install asterisk@home? 2) I'm looking at an expandable Uniden 5.4 Ghz 2 line cordless phone but it doesn't have an answering machine. Is there a way I can program things so that POTS callers leave a message on my Broadvoice VM? Again, do I need an SPA 3000 or install Asterisk@Home? 3) I'd like to be able to get emails sent to me every time there is an incoming call on my POTS line. Same questionsas above - how can I make that happen? WIll upgrading to the SPA 3000 allow me to do that, or an installation of asterisk@home? Thanks in advance. |
