| If you are trying to set up a SIP trunk from your CallManager to BV, you will likely run into an issue with BV not allowing you're router (acting as IOS SIP gateway) to maintain a Registered status. This is due to having the IP Phones on your network all sending SIP Register requests to BV. They are aware of this problem but will provide ZERO support as to a workaround. The solution is to input the "no-reg primary" on each ephone and ephone-dn in your config. The full command would look like this: ephone-dn 1 dual-line number 201 secondary xxxxxxxxxx no-reg primary This prevents the extension #201 from sending SIP Register requests to BV, do this for any extensions and you should be golden.
