CallerID Display on Mac & iPhone?

Anyone found a good way to have an incoming BV calls via an SPA2100 to show up on a Mac & iPhone? On the Mac I would prefer not to have to connect to a modem to the RJ-11 line, i.e. I want a network based solution only that could use Growl to show the incoming call details.

For the iPhone, an app that could support iPhone 3.0 notifications to show me the CallerID of each incoming call would be awesome...

Update: It looks like the best solution is to supplement an SPA with a free app Telephone works well for this on Mac IF you have multipresence like from BroadVoice -- it even supports Growl! (paid app Dialectic also works) On iPhone you can use the free Fring or Nimbuzz for CID via Push Notifications.
