Caller ID name on outgoing ...

I remember reading this before, but I can't find it using a search.

Right now, my caller ID is showing up as 'BROADVOICE, INC.' when I call people. So people may think I represent BroadVoice. Is there a way to change this? On the portal under account, it has my name, and I also have name set on Sipura (which probably doesn't get used).

On the other hand, maybe it's good that BROADVOICE shows up. Free advertising -- which can maybe get them some more revenue :-)

Throughout all the problems of this past week, I've seen all sorts of things come across on CID in my attempts at both incoming and outgoing calls.

Chalk it up to their problems.
