| Hi DaveLissa, well this is very easy to fix when you sign into your account at broadvoice. What you need to do is enable annoymous call rejection, & disable caller ID blocking. If you want to block your number like you have it set right now, but want to be able to use the *65 option. For this, you're going to have to sign in into your Sipura box under Regional I believe, all the way down towards the bottom & delete the (*65) entry until it's blank, save settings & you should be good to go. Seem like Broadvoice uses their own method & don't like it when you set the codes on the Sipura box. Now you can just pick up your phone & dial *65 & wait for the second tone & continue to dial as you would. I hope that helps! DreamMasher |

| Hi, DreamMasher, thanks for the reply but.... Quote:
What I'm trying to do is set it up the way it was initially, except to stop incoming anonymous calls. I'll see if resetting to factory settings and re-provisioning works. ------- Updated: Yup, it worked. I guess I pressed something that made the Sipura get leery of sending my caller ID out. Dave
