| At least on the portal. A lot of rate centers are now replaced with actual names in my activity list. Seems like things are improving. |

| I had odd caller id issues, friend from a cellphone called me and the name was the rate center that the call came in on (Scrm Sc01 CA). When broadvoice called me earlier it didnt show as them it showed as Convergent Networks (their parent company). Who knows, they seem to be doing something today ... |

| Cell phones will always be a strange beast, and will continue to vary by cell phone company. SprintPCS tends to give the subscriber name regardless of where the person is calling from. Verizon Wireless tends to give the name only if the caller is calling from his/her home area. If the person is calling from outside the home area you will tend to receive either the switch name of the switch in use or the City/State of the caller's Rate Center.
