Shayne,

You have been here on Voxilla long enough to know that you need to pick up the phone and call 611 in order to get your problem resolved quickly. Make a list of the specific phone number(s) you cannot reach, confirm that you can reach them from another phone company (not just from T-Mobile), and have Customer Service get their termination provider to work the problem.

Thanks for the slap Mark, you are right.

Actually I have an update to the problem which was weird.

In frustration, and aware that call quality could be made better because of a heavily loaded Verizon dsl connection (with QOS) I swapped the sipura ATA to a cable connection with less load and it now works.

Strange but true that T Mobile was the only one who would not interconnect from BV - wonder if there is a technical reason for that ?

I tested BV to my Tmobile using Xlite from couterpath.com softphone and it works fine. However the connecting call takes a few seconds...
