| RE: BV and Outlook Integration From my very limited understanding (but hey its working for me) after I installed the broadvoice call manager, it auto-picked up that outlook was installed and installed an active x control to communicate with it.. and whola... it worked! So, be sure to let the popups and active x run for broadvoice.com web site... or you'll have problems.
