Is anyone experiencing fast busy tone while dialling out on BV. This has been happenning to me throughout the day. When I try calling the number using either a cell phone or a regular phone I do not receive the fast busy ?

My outgoing proxy is set to proxy.broadvoice.com

Any help or information on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

If you know what your outbound proxy is, do you have the password to your ATA device? (Assuming you can manually configure your ATA)

If you do, you can change the outbound proxy to something like proxy-nyc.broadvoice.com - Another is proxy-chi.broadvoice.com.

Is anyone experiencing fast busy tone while dialling out on BV.
I am as well. At the moment proxy.broadvoice is resolving to the nyc proxy but I've tried dca, mia and lax with no luck. I can't even call 611. The log shows error 500 "Internal Server Error". I opened a ticket with BV since they aren't seeing my calls (I called with ICH).
