Device won't register. Can't sign into the web site either. Why can't it at least divert to voicemail????

BV down for me also (in Boston). I can register but can not make the calls (SPA-1001, X-ten, SJphone)

Good to know. I won't worry then. Thankfully yours is the first post I have read in the forum and once I hit submit and return to the message list, I will happily spend the next few minutes reading post after post of happy customers, glowing reviews, insightful tidbits, and a great big hug, forum-esque style ...

actually this is a good friendly forum. Just not now since it is a very tense time for people who have no phone service. I'm sure everything will return to normal soon. The more people were depending on BV the more tense they are. Somehow the casual users can't understand the magnitude of the situation.

I am impressed with this forum. My first post here was not favorable to BV, but folks were polite and some tried to help, despite my annoyed tone. In the end what I read here kept me with BV and my initial troubles settled down. Knowing there is a knowledgeable support base gave me some reassurance.

I do have BV as my business line and my better sense says I should not, because of times like this. However, I have been trouble free for close to 4 months.

Anyway, I am pondering what I should do as I do like BV service all things considered.

PS Can make outgoing calls as of 1:50pm. Still no incoming.
