Default BV Dialplan issues

I am trying to get my IP 500 going but keep having problems with the dialplan provided by BV. There seems to be a leading zero in there that prevents me from making a successful call.

Here is the string -

(*xx|#xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9 xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Does anyone know how I can remove the zero that keeps coming before the number?

Default RE: BV Dialplan issues

It looks like you have a Sipura Dial Plan here, when you need a Polycom Dial Plan. They are not the same.

If I have it right, and you don't want to remove any of the ambiguities in this default Dial Plan, try this:

*xxT|#xxT|[3469]11|0T|00T|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxx|xxxxxxxxxxxx.T

Good luck.
