 BV Audio issues to PSTN Just got off the line with BroadVoice. OB calls have no incoming audio (tried several landlines & mobile phones before waiting on hold with BV). Mario told me that it is an issue since midnight last night, they are working on it and it should be fixed soon. I mentioned that it's too bad this issue isn't on their web portal, would have saved me having to listen to the worst hold music ever for 30 mintues.     |
