Default Broadvoice Voicemail problems - HELP

I had a misfortune to have BV account not setup propertly when I signed up online, and ever since I've been fighting for bits and pieces trying to get everything working. I've been told that everything is fine now, but my voicemail still is flaky. It does not work if "Use Unified Messaging" is set under Voicemail Management section of Messaging section. If I set it to email voicemail instead, it answers - otherwise I hear some weird message that says that the service is unavailable. When I switch back to Unified Messaging, it tell me that I need to configure Advanced option, but I have nothing listed under Advanced section of Messaging menu. Can a fellow BV user check their Messaging tab of BV portal and tell me if something is listed under their Advanced section of Messaging? My emails to BV support are disappearing in void...

Under Messaging, Advanced my web portal says:

"None of the menu items in this category are enabled."

Is this what you are seeing?

I've been having some problems with them as well, though the support has been good. I am unable to make any calls from the online call manager and half the time calls direct to my BV number immediately go to voicemail while calls to another number that is forwarded to my BV number ring through correctly. I'm still working on that.
