I'm a newbie here in VOIP..

I am about to purchase my own Sipura 2002 or 3000....best place/price for this..?

Do I need the 2002 or 3000?

I plan to have 4 phone numbers, 2 for businesses and 2 for personal.
the business ph#'s will have distinctive rings. the personal, 1 local west coast , and 1 east coast.

I also will make many calls to Brazil, not Rio or Sao Paulo cities but outskirt cities for the wife.

I am concerned mainly on vocie quality and PC Magazine did a recent sutdy and said Voicepulse is the best BUT I see so many people on board with Broadvoice vs. Voiceplulse..so am I missing something here..? is PC Mag's study/test wrong..?
Broadvocie is cheaper...but is the quality still good..?

I would also like the abilityif the VOIP provider to let me send a outgoing fax using VOIP. Imst print the paper , sing it and fax back so no way around it unless I use a scanner, save as image, and email it.

your thoughts or experiences are appreciated...
