Default Broadvoice and Softphones

I just had to post this here after spending hours trying to get Broadvoice to work with SJPhone. A key thing to know is the proxy url that Broadvoice gives you to use has a dash (-) in it, like proxy-nyc.broadvoice.com. Products like xlite3 automatically convert that to proxy.nyc.broadvoice.com behind the scenes. SJPhone does not. When entering the proxy url into SJPhone or any other softphone that doesn't do the automatic replace, enter the "." version of the url in place of the "-" version.

This little fact will save you many hours of frustration.
