Default Broadvoice Scam?

i have had trouble with one of my phone lines - it gets a message that it cant be reached try again later - this has been an open trouble ticket since SATURDAY MAY 12TH - and no one (actually only Skip - i believe he is the ONLY tech support rep who answers the phone) can give me an idea of when it will be repaired.

when i checked to get names of any executives at the website - I found it is the ONLY web site that has NO NAMES!! after some google searching i found a FRANK GANGI - as the president and CEO and lo and behold check the link below IT IS MIND BLOWING his company is a scam and i believe the reason there has been outages like mine is he HAS NOT PAID HIS BILLS (in excess of $80 Million according to one lawsuit)

can anyone else shed some light on this plus their experiences

I have broadvoice, voicepulse.com, sunrocket.com, teliax and a couple of finerra accounts. I also have vonage (they are scammers)

I have had BV for 2 years and have been happy with their service. I even talked asterisk to a tech at 1159PM on new years day.

in your great experience did you ever have a open trouble ticket for ONE WEEK and still counting and when you spoke to the tech on new years eve did he tell you that he had NO IDEA when your phone line would be able to receive incoming calls once again?

While I have no real complaints with Broadvoice either, in fact, I am still a customer, but if their customer support is not up to snuff, mlpeters25, then why not cancel your account? There's no need to take it out on kieranmullen2.

that is a great idea - HOWEVER, i dont know if you are familiar with number portability - it is a tedious process and i CANNOT cancel this account until it passes to my new phone provider - which can take up to 30 days.

in addition, i am approaching two weeks as of today - and i was not taking it out on him - i was simply asking his definition of good customer service

i would have thought broadvoice monitored this forum and present THEIR SIDE of the story - i would look forward to taht since EVERY time i call i get the same answer - it is with tier 2 support and they have no idea when it will be fixed

SIXTEEN DAYS and counting for this open trouble ticket - you would think i would get ONE call with an update INSTEAD of me calling and being told they are working on it - but can provide NO PROOF they are nor can they give me an estimate of when it will be fixed. can find a supervisor for me to talk to either - the person i talk to is always the ONLY ONE manning the phones - NO MATTER WHAT DAY I CALL
