Default Broadvoice Qwirks

Does anyone else have the following problem:

In their web-based management system I forward my phone to my cell phone which is handled by Verizon. I call my new phone number in the 425 area code I and it takes 1 minute and 20 seconds to reach my cell phone and when it does it says, 'This is Verizon - All circuits are busy". There is no way that all circuits are busy at 1:00AM in the morning!

Questions:

1) Why does does it take so long to forward to my cell phone? (1:20)

2) Why when it reaches my cell phone it says 'All circuits are busy"?

What happens when you are at home and try to call your own cell phone using BV? How long does this take to connect? Do you get the same message from VZW?

I called Broadvoice and asked them about the problem. They said that have been having problems with T-Mobile, but never heard of any problems with Verizon. I tested it out tonight and it works just fine. Broadvoice said to call them if I was having any problems again.

Right now, I will just have to keep an eye on it and see what happens.
