Default Broadvoice and the non-working call manager...

i just started using broadvoice, and all works well except for making outgoing calls via the call manager - any attempt to do so returns a "network unavailable" message in call manager.

call manager does allow all the other functions to work okay... "send to vm", etc.

interesting point... i manage a broadsoft voip system at the telco i'm an engineer for... the same voip system broadvoice uses. when i use our broadsoft-based system, the call manager works fine... using the same iad (comtrend ct-6381), etc.

anyone seen anything like this?

thanks,
mark

Default hey broadvoice - need broadsoft's support phone number?

an update:
emails to broadvoice tech support reported "hey, the problem's with you, not us!" then, they stopped talking to me.
after a number of tries, i got through to a "support person" that "listened" to the problem... saying "yes, yes, yes... known problem with some users call manager. we have no idea when it will be fixed." i asked to speak to a 2nd or 3rd level support person, and was told that they're working on more important problems now.
so, is there or isn't there a problem?
maybe broadvoice should contact broadsoft for support? :-)

Default RE: hey broadvoice - need broadsoft

http://voxilla.com/PNphpBB2-viewtopic-t-7622.html

I posted before because of a similar problem. I found that using another Adapter besides the one I received from BV allowed the call manager to work. However, now I am able to use call manager on my regular BV adapter (sipura 2100). There is a new gump that comes up when I use the account manager. The only problem I am having now is logging into secure portions of Broadvoice. This includes Account portal and the Signup page. This happens randomly. Anyways, I think BV knows about these problems and are doing their best to take care of it.
