Default Broadvoice disconnected "lost" my incoming numbers

I have just run into this issue where I get "the number cannot be completed as dialed" error on my primary number and "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service" error for the alternate. Has anyone seen this happen before and how to fix it?

Try to reboot your device? (unplug and wait 10 seconds)

Regardless of whether you are getting this message from BV when you try to make an outbound call or if your callers are getting this message when trying to call you, the problem is within BV and not your setup. You will have to give BV Customer Service at 611 (if you can) and get them to fix the problem.

They did finally decide to write a trouble ticket for it and it was fixed in under 24 hours.
