| Now, I have the Broadvoice service working really good with my SPA-3000 adapter. What I have to do to use another service provider for outbound calls (Dialpad). I tried to use the Gateway 1 to do that but it doesn't work. Some one could help me. |

| Under Line1 tab, Gateway Accounts: - Gateway 1 = 66.35.222.58 - GW1 NAT Mapping Enable = No - GW1 Auth ID = your dialpad acct ID - GW1 Password = your dialpad passwd And then on the dialplan, you can say: (your_broadvoice_dialplan | <#,:> xx. <:@gw1> ) |

| Thanks!!! But, how can I access to each outbound calls service. How can I make calls with Broadvoice and Dialpad? This is my new dial plan: (*xx|#xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.|<#,:>xx.<:@gw1>) Additionally, could you explain me why my SPA-3000 is loosing this new dial plan. I have updated it four times and it always go back to the Broadvoice initial dial plan ((*xx|#xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.). Broadvoice created a password to access my SPA-3000 configuration, but they sent me the username and the password and I'm using it to update my dial plan. |

| Ok. Now my SPA-3000 is keeping the Dial Plan. Thanks, Phoneboy. But How can I obtain the dial tone of Dialpad or Broadvoice? Additionally, can I keep the Broadvoice Dial Plan (US style) and can I use a different way to call with the Dialpad service (like country code+area code+7 digit number). |

| In the dial plan Sipura gave, if you dial # first, you dial out on Dialpad (you get a second dial tone indicating that). You could change that to 011 and then all International calls are routed out Dialpad.

| I have tried this several times and I can't get the dial tone (Broadvoice response "number does not exist"). My actual Dial Plan is: (*xx|#xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.|<#,:>xx.<:@gw1>) I think that maybe my problem is the Dial Plan, because when I use the Voxilla's Dial Plan Configuration Wizard (xx.|*xx.|**xx.|<#1,:>xx.<:@gw1>|<#9,:>xx.<:@gw0>| <#9,:>*xx) I get the second dial tone when I dial #1, but then I don't know how to make the call. I tried dialing like I used to do it in the Dialpad web application (country code+area code+7 digit number) but it doesn't work. Could you help me? |

| Not having used Dialpad's stuff before, I don't know what they expect in terms of dialing international numbers. Try prefacing the number with 011 (US international code) or 00 (Used in most of Europe) and see if that helps. Worst case, call Dialpad and ask them.

| Ok. I still having problems. I reach the Dialpad service support and they tell me that they do not bring suppot for the SPA-3000. I tried to explain him that the problem was almost solve but he just could say: no, we do not support this device. Then I decided to close my account with them and ask my money back (prepaid card). Any recomendation for a second Service provider which offer good international rates for latinamerica? Thanks a lot!!! |
