I live in Colombia and I would like to call to Venezuela (Caracas) and US.

Terracall (http://www.terracall.com) seems to be giving better rates than Dialpad for calls to Venezuela Caracas. We have Terracall settings in the SPA-3000 Configuration Wizard.
