Hello,

Signed up with BV today. Used the automatic configuration, and now am locked out of my SPA3000. Tried calling the customer support line, but there is an automated recording saying we can't answer ur call at the moment due to the huge increase in BVs popularity, please call us again, sometime, in the undefined future.!!!.

Have emailed support@broadvoice as well, but no response yet, can one of the BV hounds here help me, my BV id is MaqsoodSher.\

Second, Will Broadvoice be offering UK based incoming numbers in the future, either as a primary number, or an additional number?

BroadVoice posted to the NANOG mailing list looking for rackspace in the UK, so that might be a possibility. They haven't mentioned anything to us, though.
