| Hi all -- Weird bug: I dial someone's number. They see my BV number in caller Id. They answer the phone, but it turns out to be some other person calling. On my end, the phone rings, and then goes to fast busy. The other way seems to happen, also. I dial their #. They see me in caller Id. They answer the phone and get nothing. At the same time they answer the phone, someone ELSE speaks to me.... not the # I was calling. I've logged multiple trouble tickets over the past 3 weeks on this issue... seems to affect 50% of the dialed US calls. And yes, I too am about out of patience with BV. Michael |

| That's an interesting one.. does it seem to you like the cross-connected person has just begun talking when your call is answered (this would mean two calls were simultaneously cross-connected)? Or is it that you're cross-connected to the middle of a conversation? |

Seems to me that we're instantly cross-connected upon someone answering the telephone. No, I don't get cross connected in the middle of the call... just at its inception |
