if you got your spa from this site you need to contact customer service.
However I think activating the coupon with BV is a waste of time and you will be disappointed in the long run.

I agree with you 1 million. I have a bad taste with BV. they started putting on in the mid time 89.00 then 129 then 25 by the end of the month they have over 250 of my $$ and I am at 2000 min. there is no one to talk yto there. they hide in the back. If you do not use the phone over 25 min a day you are ok if you use the phone an hour a day you will be paying 3x AT&T and get low class connection, they use gray line not white for sure.
I had to cancle my card and have the card co fight with them.
try it you will not like it be aware read the contract they write we can put any charge we want on your card.

Meazzz,

You and alex were right. I canceled BV today. I am trying to get my first month refunded, but based on what I have read here, that might be difficult (only used ~100). If I have to, I will dispute with my credit card company. I am most likely going to switch to the Unlimited Local + 200 plan with VoicePulse. I e-mailed them a few times and am highly impressed with their Customer Service thus far.

I did exactly that about two weeks ago... So far so good. The voice quality is definitely better (although, I have to admit, I switched my router to WRT54GL and played a lot with QoS scripts in OpenWRT... I am not sure what had bigger impact); and the support responds much faster.

The only grudge that I have with VP is that they lock their line (unlike BV). So, I couldn't compare VP and BV on the same day with the same router settings. But maybe it's a small price to pay for improved WAF (wife acceptance factor).

Also, their international rates are on the high side. But I can use line 2 of my SPA2002 for an alternative provider (MutualPhone, VoipDiscount, etc) - so it's not a big deal. And last, they don't seem to allow inbound peering through SipBroker - but neither did BroadVoice; so it's not really a disadvantage.

HTH
