I have been using Broadvoice for the last one month. International calling to India was great when I started with them, but for the last three weeks international calls to India are having echo issues, numerous calls did not get connected but Broadvoice charges "a minute" charge to those calls.

Sent atleast two emails regarding this issue over a week's time frame to their support. No response and no credit for those calls. Hold time for calls to customer service is more than expected.

Anandan Bhai... I've had the same issue with calls to Pakistan. Bad call quality, and in some cases, calls to cell phones that were switched off (got a msg in Urdu saying "Aap a number is waqt istemal mein nahee hai") were still charged. I emailed support@broadvoice and billing@broadvoice, about 2.5 weeks ago, still no reply.!!!
