| I noticed for the last few days, BV caller ID no longer displays the name of the incoming call, just the number. It says "unknown name". Before it would give the name and number. Has anyone else noticed this? |

| In my case (I'm with Vonage now and will switch to BV soon), I only see "unknown" if the caller is from other different area code. I do see the caller's name if both of us have same area code. There are exceptions too. I can't see caller's name if he's from Primus(Lingo) in same city. I can see caller's name is he's calling from a corporate pabx in different city. |

| In my case it is any number that calls me, local, cell phones, long distance, different providers. No matter who calls, I get the "unknown name" in my caller ID. |

| Just in case this helps - with my vonage account sometimes power-cycling the motorola ata fixes caller ID problems. |

| I got it back. I messaged customer service by e-mail, got a response that they were aware of the problem, and by that night it was working perfectly. BV customer service works fast. |

| I've got the exactly same caller name missing problem. Do you need to do anything to fix it or it is on BV's end? I've never got single caller name since I open the BV account. |
