Default Billing questions about BV

I signup reciently and when i check my bank movements, i could view that BV charged always with a test dolar to verify cards. I have a card with 3 charges that they refused to me , and other one with my montly cost plus a dolar.

They return this money?. Has anyone the same problem?

Is the Dollar on a separate charge? If it is, keep an eye on your account for the next few days. The Dollar is probably a test Authorization, which was never consummated as a Sale. If it remains on your credit card and does not appear on your BV billing page you should call 611 and ask them about it.

I have cancelled my account. Because for me the latency was too much. I have 300 ping from my country. They will give back the money , so i think they will not charge it.

The dollar was a separate charge as you comment.

For people who talk badly aboud broadvoice, i have to say, when i call to call customer line, i always be answered. Once the communcation was dropped. And when i send Cancel BroadVoice Account to support@broadvoice.com they answerme in 1 minute.

So, i think they are improving.

I will see them in future, when mi network lines were improved to reach usa servers.

In my experience, ping times are not a good indicator of voice quality. I am in Japan, where all of my ping times are over 200ms, and 95% of my calls sound like next door.

BroadVoice has five proxy servers across the US. I believe that you would have been happy with one of them.

I am happy that you had a successful interaction with BV Customer Service.

They said me they will give back. IM waiting my money

This latency produces me some What? Ehh?. that for me as disliked. Local Sip Provider offers me no montly plan, but much quality.

Anyway, Broadvoice has been courtesy with me. I can not talk bad to them, only Mastercard credit cards problem charged with autorization ... but a dolar was... im not worry about it.
