Default All Cities In Brazil Included? and Using a Cell Phone BV.

I am considering signing up for BV. I emailed them with a couple of questions yesterday with no response yet. One of the reservations I have at this point is the lack of Customer Service from everything that I've read.
Here are my questions:

1. I see that on BV's Unlimited World Plus plan, it includes Brazil. It has a country code of 55. Does that include ALL city codes as in 21 for Rio, 22 for other cites in the state of Rio, and 81 for the city of Recife? I understand that there is a .16/minute charge on the Brazil Cell phones. I just want to make sure the the unlimited calls include ALL the city codes in Brazil and not just major cities like Rio and Sao Paulo.

2. If I sign up for the Unlimited World Plus, can I get the Remote Office for the additional 3.95, and use my cell phone to dial a telephone number in one of the listed countries and have it included in the unlimited calls just like I was using the phone connected to the BroadVoice phone adapter?

Thanks for any info. I have a feeling that I will get these questions answered much faster on here than from BV.

Default RE: All Cities In Brazil Included? and Using a Cell Phone BV

Hi I hope I can give it to you some ligth about your question.
I have with BV UNLIMITED WORLD FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS I SIGNED C'AUSE ITS GIVING TO ME UNLIMITED TO CHILE (ALL THE CITIES AS FAR AS I KNOW)
AND I THINK 17 CENTS TO CELL I DON'T CALL CELLS
UNTIL NOW NO PROB BILLING WORKS FLAWLESLY BUT QUALITY SOMETIMES STINKS my international calls is about 1000 minutes mainly to Santiago the capital but for 20 bucks I can't complaint.
Looks like Brazil main cities is free I KNOW BUT THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS REACH CS (BE PREPARED TO WAIT BETWEN 1-45 MIN. AND GET DISCONNECTED)
Related to second qwestion is a good one and I hope somebody can answer that because I WILL LOVE IF I CAN DO THAT!!!
ONE THING ON BV FAVOR IS if the answer the phone normally they are very nice and they very helpfull.
GOOD LUCK!!!

Sorry, but the unlimited Brazil plan from Broad Voice only includes Rio & Sao Paulo, which of course have the cheapest rates. If you have to do lots of calling to the other cities in Brazil, I recomend you connect with Voxee ( Singapur ) that only charges 2.3 cents per minute fron the USA to most of Brazil, and very reasonable on the remaing cities. And the best part is that they don't charge a monthly fee, you only pay for what you use. The same applies to InPhonex out of Miami, and with 2.9 cent rates to Brazil, and also StanaPhone, with about 3 cents to Brazil, again no monthly minimum on eithr one of these three companies, and if your buy your own SIPURA 2002 adapter from Voxilla, you will not pay any installation cost. etc. You only pre-pay and use until it runs out, and then pre-pay some more. Of course, the cheapest way to go would probably be to buy two of the SIPURA 3000 adapters, that you can program to call eight different telephone numbers and have it make your calls directly from a phone number in Brazil, send it there, and keep the other one at home. This way you will only be paying for the Brazil calls, since the international part will be free; and with the other advantage, that your partner in Brazil can also call eight different numbers in the USA at the local USA rates, and of course, you can also talk to him all day for free. Wish you best of luck ! Camilo Quelquejeu 305/823-1999

Broadvoice is having problems since May, you can only call most state capitals.
I've checked Voxee, their rate is 0.06 to Brazil.

Check this topic: http://voxilla.com/forum-viewtopic-t-3763.html

Anyway, I've dropped BV and I'm using Ligue Livre (http://www.liguelivre.com) - it does exactly what you need for $49.95/month

31 is Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais.
32 is Juiz de Fora, 2nd largest city in the same state.
61 is Brasilia, Brazil's capital.
62 is Goiania, capital of Goias.

You won't have any problems calling those or any other major cities' area codes, using BV, indeed.
However, calling small towns, you get "your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hangup and try your call again later".
