I am using Broadvoice and would like to configure a Polycom IP501 to work with them. I was not successful in getting mine to register. I had no trouble getting my Snom 190 to work, but the Polycom web interface is another story.

Can anyone provide some tips on configuring the Polycom with Broadvoice?

I'm using POLYCOM 601. I got it configured thru a company. However I can provide you the screen shots of the configuation.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I would truly appreciate screen shots of the configuration. It's always something simple that prevents these things from working. I'm sure my phone would use the same config. You can post attachments. Be sure to change your username on the config screen to keep it private. cholayil, I'm in the same boat as Steve with my Polycom 600 but have been stuck using softphones with Broadvoice because the configuration doesn't appear to work. If you could post / attach the config screenshots (with your number X'd out, etc) it would be greatly appreciated here as well!!
