| I just received my SPA 3000 from voxilla. I followed the configuration instructions from Broadvoice, and it is now locked. What justifies them locking MY device? I have tried customer service via email & voicemail but no response. I'm pretty angry about this... :x Derek |

| Thanks. They did. Still seems odd. I suppose they only have one configuration script regardless of where you got the device. I just panicked, thinking of how much one has to spend on a GSM phone that is unlocked compared to one that came with a phone plan and worried that the reverse had just happened on my SPA. This site is invaluable, Phoneboy, and the immediate response from you and other gurus is unparalelled. VOIP would not happen without it. (Which is in itself sad...) Thanks again. |
