Hi, I can't access vm with *86...it just continues dial tone. I also have my vm indicator light still blinking even though I have no new messages in my box. Any ideas?

One thing for you to try. Go to Regiona tab - Vertical Service Activation Codes. Make sure *86 is not defined there. If it is, blank out the entry.

Crazy!!!! You rock. Now, what did I just lose by blanking that out?
Thanks. BV Support did not even suggest that...

BV support can't be expected to know about all of the variations and challenges a customer may encounter when self provisioning. That's what makes this community so valuable, and why it is so important to search for prior knowledge here.

I'm just passing on a tidbit that someone else helped me find a while ago. I'm glad you got your *86 working. To be honest I don't know what *86 was doing before, but whatever it was you won't miss it

Actually BV tech support is pretty good. Do them a favor and email them & tell them about the *86 conflicting and how you fixed it so they can help others.
