| Ok... so I got my Cisco 7940 updated to sip, I even got it to download the config from the Broadvoice TFTP server, even shows the broadvoice logo, I got dial tone, but I'm not getting incoming calls, and dialing out results in a busy signal. Anyone got any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks! Silas |

| What version of the firmware are you using? You have to use SIP 7.4 for Broadvoice to work. I was having the same issue and then downgraded from 8.2 to 7.4 and it worked. Hope this helps. Dave Portal Systems |
