611 Support / Customer Service still flaky Still having trouble with 611.
I can't get through to customer service.
After pressing one or two, it says "your call is being transferred", rings, and hangs up.
This has been going on for the past few months. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
What kind of service is this?
I recommended your service to my friend.
If we cannot resolve this shortly, I am certain she will leave
for a different service.
Who ever heard of company that disconnects new customers on hold. If they don't have enough reps, can't a phone company generate a simple busy signal? Or just hire some more employees? [ BTW, if you would generate a busy signal right away, instead of using a messaging system, then one could camp on the line or auto-redial until it rings and a rep answers - this is a major plus feature for VoIP that you are not letting your customers utilize! ]
Are you hiring? Maybe some of the forum members here would join you!
I'd rather pay a few dollars more for good service.
How much should we pay?
I already pay $25 per month, in advance.
Noone wants to pay $25 for a headache!
By the way, what does that regulatory recovery fee have to do with me, when I am not living in the USA?
No taxation without representation!
Get your act together *fast* and create a bulletproof service and I think you can still succeed.
Don't forget, we need an accurate status page which shows service issues.
