403 forbidden error on Grandstream GXP-2000 on Broadvoice

I need help changing the settings so that my Grandstream GXP-2000 will work on Broadvoice. I am trying to use it at my office and have no idea of what hubs, switches, or firewalls I am behind. I don't know much about this stuff so I would greatly appreciate any help.

I am getting a 403 forbidden error, the phone works once after boot up but that is it. Thanks agian for any help.
