Default SPA3102 keeps on losing registration

Hello,

I need some help. Every half hour or so, my LINE light goes off on my SPA3102..indicating it has lost connection to braintel...and it doesn't come back on until I disconnect power and re-connect...sometimes it comes back on without disconnecting after half hour or so. My register expires is set at 3600. My proxy fallback itvl is set at 3600. Is that correct?

To fix this registration problem change your “Register expires” to somewhere “1000”; other magical settings are on SIP page under admin account in the “SIP timer Values (sec)":

1. Increase value of “SIP T1” from “.5” to “1
2. Decrease value of “Reg Max Expires” from “7200” to “1200
3. Decrease value of “Reg Retry Long Intvl” from “1200” to “110
