Default Problem regarding outgoing voice.

Dear all,
I am in the process of configuring the eye beam for brain. After putting in the data given by the Brain people;; I can call and recieve but the problem is that I the people at he other end cant hear me whether icall or they call.. The computer and mic are running fine as i can even hear my Echo...

Can anyone help me out of this.. Ive already checked my antivirus and it doesnt block the program. Ive got a router between the computer and interntet line.. can that create troubles??

Ive currently downloaded the eye beam from brain site and am using it with following settings..

In SIP Accounts Fill all fields as follows:

Enable this SIP Account: should be checked

Display Name :*****

User Name : *****

Password : *****

Authorization User : *****

Domain : chat.brain.net.pk:8891

Use as outbound Proxy : checked

Register with Domain : should be checked

Manual override : should be unchecked

In Listen Port

Manual override :checked Port: 8891

Thanks in advance

AJ

You need to have stun server support in the configuration settings; I have posted the proper configuration for Eyebeam in this forum, check for related threads……

Eyebeam 1.5 configuration file is attached in this thread:
