Default Poor Response from Customer Support

Hello Members

I found brain tel customer support is very bad. I registered a complaint on June 6, 2009 that i cannot call one specific number but still no response even after 3-5 reminders. After that once now i am facing problem to calling on 0308XXXXXXX numbers and 0321XXXXXXX that after connecting the call i cannot listen the receiving party voice and the same receiving party also not receiving my voice. After once again contacting with customer support they responded that we are not recommending Nokia phone, whereas i am calling with other numbers perfectly. The reason why i am using Nokia Phones that the sound quality is good by using SIP protocol on mobile as compared on Computer.


If any other member has solution of some specific number then do post on this thread so that brain tel take it serious.

Dear Rabbani,

i have also used it on nokia and sometime such kind of problem happend when my WIFI make problem. but it is enough for me that i have the option to use it on mobile when i needed. i also suggest you that use one software for permanent and use mobile as secondry use.

About customer services as i and some of other members related the experience with them is good and they improve alot.

now they also contact if we genrate a query on their website....

Thanks for the suggestion but my problem i have query on their site and even after 3-4 times reminding still not solved. See the below link to view the status of my query

May be you did not described your problem as you did here. Normaly they act on problem within 2 working days.
