Out going not working

Out going of my Brain tel is not working

Using the eye beam and disabled all the codes except g729 (i think).

Called the brain tel and they told me that your out going will be working in 24 hrs.

Since the last outage in June 2006 they did not started outgoing service for most of the users.

If any one still does not have it's outgoing working for BrainTEL just call 210-0000 inform them and they will have the service resumed within few hours.

Make sure your have cleared all outstnading charges.

Since two days my Braintel line is dead. I wonder if something is wrong with my line or all Braintel is dead. I dont see any complain so it seems something is wrong with my account. Any reply will be appreciated.

The service has been on and off but at present time it's working fine.
