Online Billing Working ?

today i spoke to braintel help line regarding the bills, the fellow told me that i can see my bills online at the following address :
www.braintel.net.pk/MEMbers

but isn't working with me. does anyone else know about this ? please share........

you can visit and login in it. there is no only billing they also providing some other services in it as well.

Yes, it is http://braintel.net.pk/Members/

And it is on-line (Working), but you can only get info and bills for the 210 numbers (Local Calls). Does anyone know if there is link to get the bill for the 0044 number (International Calls).

AoA all,

Just tried to use the online billing feature and the page asks for the account code. What is that number? Is it the same as the 210xxxx number or do I have to call braintel helpdesk for find out this number?

Check your BrainTEL bill and you will see "Customer Code" there, it's the same as account code.

It is billing ID or You can check it your first activation e-mail subject for account code.

AOA,
To login on the page you need two things:

1) Customer Code - It looks something like this "Z3****", "S3****", "F3****"". The First letter Signifies the Name in which the Phone is Registered. As my name is Zameer my customer code is Z3**** (****) Last 4 digits of the Telephone number.

2) Password - This is used to login into you account, without this you cannot use you phone. This is made up of 5 digits.

Both of these can be found on the first e-mail sent to you by Braintel titled "Your BrainTEL Phone is 210**** your billing code is *****"
