alas, this option seems not working either.
Few months before they were banned by PTA for local calling, on that position they interdicted UK Dialing number we have used for 4 months only direct dialing (i.e. 0092 42 12345)
Now they have restored their service again; with new policy / package

New package:

Their new package is included following:-

  • Local Number (CAD System) for outgoing dial without 0092
  • UK Number (Direct Dialing System) for outgoing dial with 0092

================================================== ======
There are some reasons / benefits for such kind of Packages by Braintel.

Both numbers works with CLI means White Route (if you have idea about routes)

Local Number: - (210****)

  • No need to explain as you seen its outgoing calling tariff.
  • It’s a local number of Lahore cheap for every one within Pakistan.
(Caller have to dial within Lahore 210**** - out of Lahore 042 – 210****)

UK Number: - (0044178580****)

  • Its an alternative method for out going calls; if some time CAD is not working
(a fate rate of RS: 8/Min to Pakistan)
  • its best way to receive calls from other countries as you know UK land line charges are very cheap for the rest of the world
(I.e. if some one wish to call me from PK they used local number, if anyone wish to call me from USA they used UK number)

================================================== =============

  • Its a company not like others website based providers (i.e. website close company close and you cant claim anything)

Great Pakistan, Great Choice
Pakistani Company BrainTel

because its their package, so whats wrong you can consider it as your line rent is 300,
u can use it for incoming calls as you know UK Land line is cheap from rest of the world,
and also when some time you face trouble in local number so you can use international number for both incoming and outgoing...
hafeez saab u did not told me r they giving new numbers and is it possible to have the number wd the name of my brother in pakistan and pay every month by his self thanks chaoo

Slam!!!
yes; they are giving new numbers, also you can purchase new number with name of your brother in Lahore, he also can pay your monthly bill, however you have to provide them an E-mail ID (under your usage),
they will send your new account configuration, username, password & monthly bill to that email ID,

don't hesitate to ask further,

i got one bill for last month of May and line rent mentioned is Rs 150. will they be sending another bill for UK line with rent of Rs 150. they have not charged this bill yet, so i have no idea if line rent is 150 or 300 and will it be part of one bill or two?

Regards
CL

Cool Re: line rent for braintel?

Salam!
they will send you another bill of your UK number with Line rent 150, coz bills for both lines are separate(i.e. they will send you two bills)
