help fritz box ata 1020 no dialtone braintel

I have internetional english vision fritz box ata 1020..
i have 3 voip provider the registed whit sipgate.co.uk musimi.dk lowratevoip.co.uk.

But dial tone on my phone.. no incoming .

i have upgrade to new Firmware Version 11.04.01
